“Bagunga” translates to Gather in Taungurung language

This artwork celebrates the strength of gathering family, friends, and community. With meeting places and pathways connecting each space, showing the flow of people and stories between them. Bright, layered colours reflect the energy and joy that gathering brings, balanced with earthy tones that ground the work in Country. It is a reminder that connection grows stronger when we come together.
